6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 15% of the course content has been accessed. Access metrics are determined by our platform records. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive use or policy abuse. Access is revoked upon refund.

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs or communities for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

8. Chargebacks

You agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahi Chun LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
